A. You can become a member by pressing the "Signing Up" button.
All you have to do is to follow the instructions and enter the information required.

Q. I have added the application but can't see the animations. What should I do?

A. Firstly make sure you have the latest version of your chosen browser.
Then make sure you have the latest Flash player from Adobe. Once this is done try accessing the application again.
If you still can't see the animations please contact us from the "Contact Us" page.

Q. How do I report abuse/abusive pokes or messages?

A. Animated Pokes take possible abuse or abusive pokes and messages very seriously.
You can report these possible abuse/abusive pokes and messages using the "Report Abuse" button in the "Stats"
section of the Application Canvas. Animated Pokes will investigate every report thoroughly. If necessary, we will notify you the outcome
of our investigation.

Q. How do I block a user?

A. You cannot block a user in Animated Pokes. However, you can remove the user concerned using
the tools provided by the parent social network. e.g. Facebook or Bebo.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

A. In the unlikely event that you want to cancel your membership, please use the "Contact Us" page and
select "Membership" category. Enter your reasons for the cancellation in the text box provided. Please note that you can
enter no more than 200 characters. We will send you a confirmation by email in due course.

A. You can add a message by entering a message in the "Message" box when sending a poke.

A. You can select your poke action by visiting the "Pokes" page in the Application Canvas page.
After you have selected a poke action, you will have the opportunity to preview the poke action. Just select the poke action you want.

Q. How do I select which friends to poke?

A. After you have selected a poke action in the Application Canvas page, a list of your friends from the
social network (e.g. Facebook) will be displayed. You can select a friend by ticking the tick box next to his⁄her name or simply
select the "Poke All" button!!!

Q. How do I change my username⁄email address?

A. The username⁄email address you use to log on to your social network must be the same
as that of Animated Pokes. You cannot change your username/email address.

Q. When will I be emailed?

A. We will be emailing you on a number of occasions. First, if you have forgotten your password,
we will email you your new password. Please use the "Forgot Password?" link. Secondly, on some social networks, apart from the
notifications, we might also send you an email when you are poked by your friends. Last but not the least, from time to time,
we might email you about update of the website and services, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other matters in relation to
your membership.

Q. How do I delete a poke⁄message I have received?

A. You can delete a poke together with its associated message by visiting the "Stats" page of the
Application Canvas. Select the "Delete" button and the poke⁄message will be permanently deleted from the system.

Q. How do I delete a poke⁄message I have sent?

A. You cannot delete pokes you have sent to your friends.
Only your friends who received the pokes can delete the poke⁄message.

Q. How long can I keep a poke/message for?
-
A. Initially, you can keep your pokes and associated messages for a period of up to ONE MONTH.
However, this is constantly under review and we shall advise you the limit periodically.

Q. I downloaded the Animated Pokes toolbar but I wasn't
rewarded with 500 points. What can I do about it?

A. We had a technical problem when we first launched the toolbar. This meant that some users did not receive 500 points when they
should have done. We have now provided step-by-step instructions to get your 500 points. Apologies for the
inconvenience caused.
