I have downloaded the Animated Pokes Toolbar but have not received my 500 point bonus
Firstly we apologise for not awarding you the points. It was a technical fault which has now been resolved. Please use the instructions below to gain the 500 points you deserve:
- Print these instructions or write them down before continuing
- Close your browser
- Go to your control panel (usually found on your start menu)
- Vista users - click "uninstall a program." XP users - double-click Add or Remove programs
- Select the Animated Pokes toolbar and click Remove/Uninstall. Follow any instructions given to you.
- Once the toolbar is uninstalled, restart your machine
- If you installed the toolbar via Facebook, go to Facebook and logon. If you installed it via Bebo, go to Bebo and logon.
- Once you are logged on, go to our Animated Pokes application
- Click this icon
- Click Download Toolbar and follow the instructions to install the toolbar
